This notice supplements Norvoch's store privacy policy for payment-plan activities. Other services' notices cover processing they control.

We receive contact and order information from Norvoch's sales records and staff uploads, and information you provide when requesting access or contacting us. We use it with your schedule, balance, payment results, payment-method references, limited card details, authorizations and correspondence to administer the plan, send service messages and receipts, answer requests and resolve errors or disputes.

Access and session records, email delivery status and technical information such as IP addresses and browser details help operate and protect the service and prevent unauthorized access or duplicate collection. Without the information needed to identify and administer your plan, we cannot provide the corresponding service.

Card details are entered through the payment provider's hosted form. The app receives references and limited details such as brand and last four digits; it does not receive full card numbers or security codes through that form. Keep your plan link private.

We use information necessary to perform our contract with an individual purchaser or sole trader. For people acting for a business, we rely on our legitimate interests in administering that relationship. Security, fraud prevention, appropriate business records and resolving claims also serve our legitimate interests, subject to your rights.

Payment-plan authorization does not subscribe you to marketing.

Relevant information is available to authorized Norvoch personnel and providers supporting payments, hosting, database and authentication, transactional email and security, and professional advisers where needed. Payment processors, banks and card networks handle payment information for their respective roles.

We also disclose information where legally required or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. The payment provider's privacy notice describes processing it controls.

Our payment provider is Authorize.Net. Card details are entered on Authorize.Net's secure payment page, not on our site; we keep only payment-method references and limited card details, such as the card type and last four digits.

Norvoch operates in the United States. Your information is processed in the United States and in locations used by our service providers. Contact info@norvoch.com for information about the locations and transfer arrangements that apply to your information.

We keep information while needed to administer the plan and related order, document authorized payments, meet applicable recordkeeping requirements and resolve disputes. Access and security records are kept for the period needed to operate and protect the service. A dispute or legal hold can require longer retention. Expiry of a plan link does not erase payment records.

Session and security technologies support sign-in and plan access. Customer, setup, home, help and legal pages are excluded from the app's optional page analytics. On other app pages, analytics omit URL queries, fragments and plan identifiers. Hosting and security systems separately process technical request data.

We do not use this app to track your activity across unrelated websites. Browser Do Not Track signals do not change how this app operates. When you use our payment provider's services, it and its partners may collect information about activity over time and across websites or services, as described in its privacy notice.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Rights have conditions and exceptions, including retention of required payment records.

Where European or UK law applies, you may object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Contact info@norvoch.com to do so.
